Blandware has developed and implemented an effective software engineering methodology that utilizes an iterative and evolutionary approach. The overall process can be broken down into several typical activities which are thoroughly planned, analyzed and controlled. These activities are repeated at every major stage of the development process and can be best illustrated as a convulsion of the spear.

The methodology is supported by industry standard tools and components such as Rational Unified Process (RUP) tools. This provides cohesive teamwork and common understanding of the development tasks by all project team members working remotely. The use of such practices enhances project productivity and ensures development of quality software delivered on time and conforms to the established requirements.
